Two former Vigo County School employees accused in an over-billing kickback scheme, are set to stand trial on February 21.
Franklin Fennell and Frank Shahadey are alleged to have masterminded a scheme that cost the school district over $80,000. Both were indicted last week and both have pleaded not guilty.
Shahadey is facing charges of wire fraud, theft or bribery. Fennell is facing the same charges and accused of lying to federal agents.
