Now, I had to let the situation die down a little before I responded. I was still in shock. I couldn’t even be that angry because I was in disbelief. One of the hip hop and rap icons, Kayne West – Kayne Tigga, the man that gave us College Dropout, Graduation, 808 Heartbreak, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and provided us with the iconic verse, “Let’s go on a living spree; they say everything in life is free” is lost and in sunken place. Kayne West has been Trumped. His antics in the White House was an embarrassment. It was sad. Sometimes in the darkest moments, you find a lesson. I was left with a question: What if we were fans of our children the way Kayne is a fan of Trump?
Our children are under attack. Many of them attend schools in a system that is not designed for them to be successful. They are all alone looking for someone who supports them – right, wrong, or indifferent just like Kayne West against his better judgment, the advice of friends, and simple common sense supports and is a fan of Trump. Imagine if we did the same for our children? How much more successful would they be if they knew someone was in their corner. If we cheered them on and was backing them up. We need to provide them with that love.
Kayne is a fan of Trump and is using his platform to let everyone know. He is using his platform to support the ideas of Trump. He is doing it without any care of what anyone thinks. Why can’t we do the same for our children?
If Kayne West can blindly follow and support Trump, why can’t we support, inspire, and encourage our children?
